1. Sponsor

This Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Drawlz Brand Co. (“Sponsor”), located at P.O Box #4254, Cedar Hill Texas 75106, United States.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, or agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law and may be excluded in states or jurisdictions that restrict such promotions.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on November 13th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on November 20, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Entrants may enter during the Promotion Period in one of the following ways:

(a) Sign Up for the Drawlz Hub

Create or register an account on the Drawlz Hub at https://drawlz.com/#k-hub by providing your name and valid email address.

(b) Complete the “Add Your Size” Form

Submit your preferred size information through the official “Add Your Size” form at https://drawlz.com/pages/find-your-drawlz-size.

(c) Complete the SMS Signup Form

Sign up to receive Drawlz SMS updates through the official mobile signup form at https://drawlz.com/pages/join-the-drawlz-vip-list.

(d) Add Three Favorites to the Drawlz Hub

While logged into your Drawlz Hub account, add three (3) products to your Favorites list.

Each action above counts as one (1) entry into the Giveaway, up to a maximum of four (4) entries per person during the Promotion Period.

(e) Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without completing any of the above actions, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, and the words “Drawlz Giveaway Entry” to:

 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date and received within seven (7) days thereafter.

Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following Drawlz products, with a total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $477 USD:

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry (including social media handle, if applicable) for promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize value is under the $600 IRS reporting threshold but may still be considered taxable income.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://drawlz.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from Drawlz Brand Co. and may unsubscribe at any time.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
 Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

12. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

13. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
