Return/ Exchange Policy

Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of our product "Drawlz,” we have a strict return and exchange policy.
Please read the policy in its entirety.
Do you need to return a product you just received from us? No problem! Kindly read through  our Return and Refund Policies below. If you have an urgent question, contact us via email at Support@Drawlz.com. We promise to do everything within our capacity to make you a satisfied customer; however, at the same time, you must adhere to our policies and procedures.


RETURNS
All our products are of excellent quality and are as-is. Drawlz Brand Co. only accepts returns when items are defective, or you have been sent a product other than what you ordered.
We will gladly exchange the wrong or defective item(s) within ten days, starting from the day you receive the package. Your return request will be denied if the item(s) are not returned (post-marked) within the 10-day deadline. No exceptions.


Return Eligibility:

1. Drawlz accepts returns only for defective items or products that differ from your original order in error of Drawlz Brand Co.
2. To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving the package.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

1. IPlease note items From our "Drop The Drawlz" Collection, items labeled as "sale," "discounted," Worn/tried on items, unsealed packaging, or washed, as well as outerwear items like T-shirts, hoodies, and hats, are final sale except in cases of damage.
2. Wrong orders/sizes received due to customer data entry error may be returned for store credit, less shipping cost, and must be shipped/replaced at the purchaser’s expense. These returns must also meet the physical criteria previously outlined
3. Orders not received due to customer data entry error.

Return Process:

2. Drawlz reserves the right to inspect all returns to ensure compliance with our policy requirements.
*All returns will be inspected prior to issuing store credit or exchange. 


3. Returns are processed as store credit within 5-10 business days.

Refunds:

1. Refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable for any future purchase.
2. Store credits are virtual gift cards and will be emailed to the address associated with your order.

Order Changes:

1. To make changes to your order, please email support@drawlz.com.
2. Drawlz will do its best to accommodate your request; however, order changes are not guaranteed.
3. If support does not acknowledge the request prior to shipping, the customer will have to follow the return instructions outlined in our return policy.

Order Cancellations:

1. All purchases are final sale.
2. If you wish to cancel your order, we offer full store credit, including shipping. However, cancellations are not guaranteed and must be aknowledged prior to fulfillment. In most cases we fulfill your order immediatley and in turn order changes and/or cancellations cannot be executed. 

Shipping Information:

1. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. You are responsible for shipping costs for all exchanged items not associated with company error.
3. In cases of free shipping, your refund will be reduced by real-time ground movement charges.

Redo Free returns and Package Protection: Your Assurance

 

In partnership with Redo, we offer free returns and comprehensive package protection to safeguard your purchase from damage, loss, or theft. By choosing Redo at checkout, you can shop with confidence, knowing that any issues will be promptly addressed with a replacement or full reimbursement.

 

Claims Process: If your package encounters any problems, filing a claim with Redo is straightforward and user-friendly. Simply click HERE  and Redo will handle the rest.

 

Coverage: Redo's protection covers your Drawlz from the moment they leave us until they arrive in your hands. For packages marked "delivered" but not received, claims can be filed between 5 and 10 days from the delivery date. For lost packages, claims are accepted after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.


Legal Terms:

1. Drawlz reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
2. By using Drawlz products, you agree to adhere to our return and exchange policy.
3. Drawlz products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Drawlz shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising out of your use of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
