• International Shipping: Global customers can expect their orders to be processed within the same 1-4 business days, with deliveries usually taking 7-20 days, depending on the destination.

Package Protection/ Free Returns with Redo

In partnership with Redo, we offer top-tier protection for your package against damage, loss, or theft. Selecting Redo+ at checkout ensures that your order is protected every step of the way, giving you peace of mind. Here's how to safeguard your purchase:

• Opting for Redo: We highly recommend adding Redo+ package protection at checkout for a minimal extra cost. This service covers your order in case of damage, loss*, or theft, making your shopping experience worry-free.

Filing a Claim with Redo

If your package encounters any issues such as being lost, stolen, or damaged, filing a claim through Redo is straightforward:

2. Follow the instructions provided to submit your claim.
3. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date it was marked "delivered." For packages presumed lost (status not "delivered"), claims should be filed after 7 days (20 for international shipments) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Important: Drawlz Brand Co. will not cover claims for items that are lost, damaged, or not received in transit if Redo was not selected and purchased at checkout. We strongly encourage all customers to utilize this service to ensure the security of their orders.
