<li>Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. There are a few times we experience a high volume of orders; shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.</li>
<li>If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.</li>
<li>Our standard domestic shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout.</li>
<li>Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. Delivery might take between 3-5 business days depending on your location. You also have the option to chose your preferred shipping carrier at checkout.</li>
<li>Please note, delivery delays beyond our control may occur. Therefore, you are to allow additional days for delivery.</li>
<li>Once your items are shipped, you will receive a “shipment confirmation email” containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours of fulfillment.</li>
<li>If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at address on your order.</li>
<li><b>Drawlz Brand Co will not be held responsible for packages once they are shipped and transferred to the specified third-party shipper. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We provide package/shipping protection through our partner "Route" (details below). We highly advise you spend the extra minimal cost to insure your package and apply this service to protect you against unforeseen shipping issues. If you opt out of Route+, Drawlz Brand Co. will not be responsible for any shipping or delivery issues once you order has been shipped. </b></li>
